Dear Friend,

First of all Thank you for taking the interest in my VW M.o.T  reminder service. I believe that getting your reminder to you on time can save you a lot of worry and stress and also keep you out of trouble with the Law (No M.o.T– No road tax). So below is a brief summary of how I at VolksWest.co.uk submit your details (after you have submitted a registration form to me) for a reminder to be sent to you. Your information is entered onto our Database (this may take up to 7 days). You will then receive a reminder off me of the date your old M.o.T expires, 4 weeks in advance. By doing it this way you will not forget all about it or where you have put it because I remind you in time– lets face it how many people out there get there Vehicle through an M.o.T, get their Certificate, open the first draw they come to through it in and forget all about it until it’s to late, I bet it's near 70% . I would like to mention that you have the choice of having your reminder sent to you to the following Computer, TV or Dream-Cast for £1 (please specify this on the registration form when you submit your details to me). Thank you for taking the time to read through this letter and please don’t hesitate to e-mail me if you require further assistance. I also offer a £2 Postal Notification Service as well as the above or a £1 phone call service for all those people out there with no access to the internet ( I bet your wondering how people will get to know about our service ) by hopefully you telling your friends, Co workers and anyone else that might be interested in my services. This service works in the same way as an e-mailed reminder but you will receive a letter from  me instead. So if you know of anyone that might be interested in my service then please print this letter out and forward it onto them. Only applies to the UK.
