My website is based on the the two VW's I have restored in the past
one being a VW Beetle and the other a VW Camper van. I first got into the VW's
back in 1991 when I purchased my first VW being a 1968 Beetle from a car sales
garage in Leigh, I paid £500 for it (borrowing the money off my grandmother) which I already new it would want some
serious welding doing to it but I was determined to give it a go, succeed
and achieve the best results I could, I spent hours and hundreds of pounds doing
it up ready to go to the tatarn park show in 1993. Please have a look at the
condition the beetle was in when I purchased it by clicking on the Beetle (above).
The second VW I restored is a VW Camper 1972 (which I still drive today) that I
bought private from Rochdale for £400 and as above, I knew it wanted some TLC,
so I drove the van back to my mam's in Wigan and started the long journey of
restoring it and getting it back on the road, so I could appreciate the work I
had done on restoring this vehicle. Please have a look at the condition the van
was in when I purchased it by clicking on the Camper (above). I would
like to say a big thank you to all my Family in supporting me throughout the restoration of these
vehicles, which I would have not been able to achieve if it weren't for
their help and support. My motto in life is if you have a dream like I had just
go for it, and try to achieve it and never give up and let it get the better of
you. Please show your appreciation by signing my Guest Book. Check out the links above and on the left for some
interesting reads on the VW Beetle and Camper van. I would like to thank every
one who browses my site and hope it is of some interest to you. To see my
